As a group we decided to produce a shooting schedule whereby we would list.....
- the days we wanted to film
- what scenes
- what time
- what props we would need
- what characters were involved
- what shots we were shooting in what location and ......
- what part of the song we would be shooting.
By putting together a shooting schedule it helped us as part of our planning stages, it helped keep our group organised and on schedule. We gave everyone a cop of the shooting schedule including the artist so that everyone in our group was aware of what and when shooting would happen. For the majority of our shooting schedule we were able to follow it concisely and to plan , however there were a few mishaps when characters dropped our or the artist or people in our group had other commitments. However when this problem did arrive we worked well as a group to catch up with our filming and carry on with the production.
